1. Products and Services

Exclusive Minds offers clothing and accessories. We aim to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are free of errors.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store any payment information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method. Once shipped, Exclusive Minds is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: All purchases cannot be refunded, and items will not be returned unless the item is shown to be defective or damaged within 1 week of the delivery’s arrival. Incorrect Orders (Size, Address, etc.): If an order was placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong size, address, etc.), there will be a $7 service fee to exchange your order for the correct size or information.
PLEASE double-check your order before you click the submit order button to avoid these service fees.
Service Fee Payment:
All service fee payments should be sent to one of the following business accounts. Once the fee is paid, the return address will be provided to you.
